I have been a Webroot customer for more than 10 years. Early on, I remember having to troubleshoot.That's just part of the learning process. Now, I renew every year, it's updated on all of my devices, and recognizes new devices. Ideally, all customers would have the same experience. Some customers have individual needs according to their specific products. Also, you have to factor in the type of devices, user experience, and the product (Webroot). Don't give up after one bad experience.

Definitely a problem logging in. I have a 7 device plan and I'm logged in on 2 PCs, but wouldn't log in on phone. Says invalid password. I create a new log in it says incorrect password even though it's right. Do forgot password and it takes an hour to send it. I get back to my phone 3 hours later and it's timed out. Next day the email arrived in 15 minutes and it works. Unnecessarily complicated. Should use the same login as computer.

I am having the same issue as all of you. Just received the message. Tried to contact Best Buy they were useless as ever. Tried to sign in to the Carbonite account. Does not recognize email or password. Maybe it is time to change to a new service. Webroot is hard to deal with and Best Buy has no idea what to do. Not so great for the money. If you want our money, then fix it. Decided to switch to another security software. I am spending my money elsewhere.
