Ratings and reviews

This is a five-star product. The base station easily connects to wifi, and sensors are easy to connect to the base. The app itself is simple and informative. I had given it a one-star rating because the app showed that the base station had disconnected from wifi, and needed to be manually reconnected, making this not suitable for remote use. Within a day, I was contacted that it was being addressed, and this morning it was resolved. THANK YOU.

connection with Android seems to be a little convoluted but if you stick to it and keep trying it all get there. I would suggest naming device something other than part of a model number. when I press the test button it goes through its routine and the app reports that I've tested it. If I long press the test button it attempts to communication but then tells me it can't communicate.

Background: I bought and installed a set of three temperature/humidity sensors a week ago. Pros: The devices set up and paired instantly with no problems. Cons: You can only log into one device at a time. When you log into a second device, you are logged out of the first device. I have a phone and tablet, and it is very annoying to have to go to my password manager and re-log in every time I switch devices. Separately, the font size is incredibly small, so the app is VERY hard to use.
