I placed an order and paid by meal tickets (electronic card). It said payment rejected and the order was duplicated. When verifying the card, the money were taken, twice. L.E. After posting here, someone reached out to me via phone. Call me old fashion, but I'd like the possibility of interracting with a human, directly from the app. The only benefit of using a bot is for the company, who does some cost savings at the expense of the customer's experience. Improved to 3*

Has bugs and it seems there's no interest in fixing them. Be careful when placing group orders, that functionality is broken when using a browser. And the great thing is there's nobody to contact, it's just a facebook page where nobody knows anything about it. Wasted 45 minutes to place a group order. There's also no way of finding out if a restaurant is closed / not accepting orders because it's full. It simply dissapears from the app, and you keep searching and searching like an idiot.

Exceptionally bad. i gave them a 3rd try... it's just bad... nothing really works. Once I had been charged 3 times for one order. Usually missing items from orders. Been charged for an order but the restaurant wasn't even open, but it appeared on the app as being open and everything i've read from others happened to me also... Support non existent.. i had an order get to me 3 times with the same missing items and got back half the money as vouchers becouse they had a maximum ammount of vouchers
