This app was heavily advertised prior to a concert as a means to preorder food and drinks. When ordering you get a list of every section, then enter your payment information, confirm the order, and it tells you where to pick up the drinks. What it doesn't tell you is only two bars in the entire arena use this and if your section isnt close to one you're expected to go to another level and search it out. From the floor this was very difficult and no staff were apologetic or offered a solution.

after using the app for many months, it logged me out and keeps giving an error when I try to log back in. tech support has tried for several weeks to resolve the issue with no success. have to use the web browser to access my seasons tickets . feel like I'm dealing with amateurs waisting time. not good.

Pretty useless seeing as how you can't log in to your account to access tickets. Between this and the Ticketmaster app, my tickets don't show up, and they're not on the website either. So I'm out $320 and trying to figure out how to gain access to my tickets before my show, until I'm sure I'll give up and call my bank to reverse the charges. This is ludicrous.
