My hope is that one day it will work without any issues and that I can use Fan Access and see my membership card. And I also hope that one day the customer/tech support will actually work on it instead of telling me to contact my rep. Maybe I shouldn't be too surprised about the dysfunctional app when we clearly have the most functional front office in the history of sports! oh lookie here, app crashed after an update, it's like getting a rhinoplasty and still can't breathe through your nose!

In order to use the fan access portal I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every day to get points. really annoying. There is good content, and I enjoy and support the TFC, but this needs to be fixed. Update: its broken again. the link up with Ticketmaster is broken too. Will I get in today? Will my son get into the Tunnel with the players that we were given access for? stay tuned.

constantly broken when it comes to signing into the fan access part. fixed it a few weeks later, broken again. I know the team is struggling, but that doesnt mean the app needs to struggle as well.
