constantly broken when it comes to signing into the fan access part. fixed it a few weeks later, broken again. I know the team is struggling, but that doesnt mean the app needs to struggle as well.

My experience today: - Open ticketmaster app to claim ticket but login page fails to load - After a few attempts, I login - Try to view tickets, but it says I have to use TFC app instead - I install the TFC app - Initially cannot find where the tickets are in the UI - Try to login but fails with "web page not available" - Login on the website instead - Find tickets, says to use the app! - Find save to google wallet option which works I do not like being forced to use this app. Useless to me.

In order to use the fan access portal I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every day to get points. really annoying. There is good content, and I enjoy and support the TFC, but this needs to be fixed.
