My experience today: - Open ticketmaster app to claim ticket but login page fails to load - After a few attempts, I login - Try to view tickets, but it says I have to use TFC app instead - I install the TFC app - Initially cannot find where the tickets are in the UI - Try to login but fails with "web page not available" - Login on the website instead - Find tickets, says to use the app! - Find save to google wallet option which works I do not like being forced to use this app. Useless to me.

Refreshing a design does not always make it better. Spent 45 min trying to find the membership card.. neither a rep nor mobile support could figure it out.

Currently this Iteration of MLSE's Fan Access is entirely broken and random when the app will oblige you to log in. this makes doing Game Day Locked In or even trying to grab free tickets extremely hard. FIX THE APP
