I would enjoy this app more if it didn't force you to re-enter login credentials so much. The Dev team says this is intentional... Kind of a poor design IMO. Also why not use Google or M Microsoft authentication integration instead of managing yet another set of login credentials? PS also can't figure out how to "like" posts in the live game chat. Clicking /holding the speech bubbles does nothing... yet I see the odd person is successful.

I looged in by Facebook, then I logged out. Now I can't log in again. I can't say customer support is bad, because it's nonexistent. Customer support is not the app team and does not handle app problems, but the public cannot reach the app team at all. Do not log in by Facebook, create an account if you don't want to get locked out.

The app crashes randomly. Last time it crashed I was trying to get in to a game and it wouldn't restart and I didn't have my tickets on me physically. It resets to the home page every time I change screens and takes forever to reload. It sends way too many spam messages about games and crashes when I try to change settings. Very disappointed in the app.
