This app sucks. The estimated delivery time doesn't update, the driver never gets appointed, the restaurant can't be contacted as the number provided in the app is always out of service. And worst of all is that there's no option to cancel your order when you are done waiting for 2hrs.

KFC Team- Please recognize that it is an international firm, not a start-up. Please enhance your app, we are in a competitive world. Hire someone from Swiggy or Zomato to create or upgrade the application and make it more user friendly, so that you can reach every person easly. Application is not taking the appropriate location and the application is very slow.

The salesman told me they only take orders through the app. So, I placed the order while standing inside the store... and it got sent to another store 2km away. Guess I got a free workout with my purchase!
