worst app. charged my bank, asked me to "approve" from bank app, and after approving and deducting the amount, the app says "cannot proceed to transact please proceed to cash". I ended up paying double. escalated to KFC hotline but they're useless, they won't even email for proper record like they used to in Zomato days,3 agents informed refund is okay now but still receiving call and asking for my bankdetails when they already should have that after a number of phonecall followups

very poor service. Ordered few items and some of them were not delivered. Customer service keeps disconnecting my call and doesn't care even if the customer's issue was resolved or not

Very poor customer support. I placed a pickup order and had to wait almost an hour for it to be ready. When I contacted customer support, they didn’t even apologize for the delay. Instead, their attitude and the way they handled my complaint were very disappointing. I felt like I was being treated like a beggar rather than a paying customer. They showed no concern about the inconvenience caused and seemed like they simply didn’t care. KFC really needs to improve both its order handling and cust
