Their rewards system is a scam. I used a coupon from my combined rewards, and they added a hell lot of extra charges as service fees and using a rewards coupon means you can't use the free delivery coupon. I saved very little considering this. The store is right next to me, but 9 dhs delivery? They delivered my food late and I got a call from the restaurant saying they will provide for me an offer/coupon situation in compensation. However I have never received it. Emailed the company, no reply.

something wrong with the delivery foods. totally different. today I ordered 10 PC chicken bucket, This chicken is not crispy and not well coated either. I can guarantee the taste totally different.I just realized this package was open when I received it. but I was in a hurry so at that time I didn't realize that. anyway this is the last time I ordered KFC's from online delivery. I will suggest dine in or collecting from the KFC outlets.

very bad application every time I have to spend my balance and time just to ask you to add my points and I need to wait for one week to receive them and now you are not allowing my to use my points, when I send an email you don't even reply and when I go to branch the stuff can't help with that. your application is just occupating my phone's storage so I am going to delete it.
