I love this app! I haven't had any issues with it since I attached it to my watch. Everything works like it's supposed to. I like that I can read how I'm sleeping, get text messages and phone calls, and check my heart rate. I also like that they have 24 hour customer service! Usually you will get a response back within a couple minutes. The customer service rep helps with screen shots. And it's a real person too! Thank you for that! I would recommend.

I just bought my watch a few days ago and I can't use it now because the gomofit app aren't working on my phone. I'm been asking a help to the agent but it's not helping a lot. When they told me to reset it to my phone it's not working after that, I just asked them why I can't hear anything to my watch while I'm watching videos on my phone.

The customer service is amazing Selina helped me. The app takes a bit long to sync and some features are limited. I wish the edited watch face we could change the font color
