Ratings and reviews

I've had several problems in 4 months that haven't been resolved. The time has gotten out of sync twice and you have to delete and re-download the app. The watch will not power on if you shut it down without plugging the charger to it. My steps are counted on the phone but won't sync to the app. The watch is frustrating. And Yes, it causes my phone to beep randomly, usually when the watch is farther away trying to connect to bluetooth.

Little use for hiking, biking or off-roading in remote places. Off-line maps only show improved streets...very few trails, forest/desert access roads, contours or other useful items to navigate in remote locations. Maps are also static..no zoom-in, zoom-out or moving as you travel..you STILL have to pull out your phone to use another map app for hiking or off-road adventures.

Watch is great. App would not update, then crashed. Tried to reinstall but still crashed. Edit: the app did crash consistently for awhile. However, I contacted the company directly and they worked really hard to try to find a solution. It's now opening again so I'm not sure what they did to fix it. Great watch, great customer service, app a little glitchy but overall does what it's supposed to do
