Worst App Ever, i waited for 1h 40mins and still didn't receive my order i will never use this app again and there's no customer support in this app.

This app offers delivery services but fails on every level. Orders are delayed or canceled without notice, customer support is unresponsive, and the interface is buggy. I had a terrible experience where I paid and never received my order, with no refund issued. This app feels like a scam and should be investigated for violating user trust. Strongly advise others not to download until major fixes are made.

it was good for just the 1st time, now I can not even order chocolate Japanese cakes!!! Especially when there is a discount. I hate this. If you don't fix it I will delete this app this sucks literally.
