I finally figured it out. Once i registered my information, I turned on the remote control, and it started up with no problem! I'm pleased with this product! A+

It would be nice to input other patterns more easily.

I normally don't do reviews but this app really sucks so I'm leaving no stars. I'm usually good at figuring things out buy there us no support. No way to even get a registered account and I've spent a few hours on it and only got one picture to work and it wasn't really impressive. Save your money this app and product are garbage.
