This app is really, really bad. I also use Trade Republic, and opening an account there was a walk in the park compared to this mess. I’ve been wrestling with the account setup since yesterday. I even wrote to their customer care, though honestly, I already knew they were awful, I just hoped I wouldn’t have to find out firsthand. I’m baffled at how many 5 star ratings this disaster of an app has. What an absolute waste of time.

To things to comment: 1. You say it is completely free, but you charge 1 Euro per transaction on US stocks as surcharge. It makes it NOT completely free. Your claim is misleading. 2. Why can't we have faster transactions? I order now and the order is fulfilled the next day. Many competitors complete the orders immediately. It is not convenient for short term traders. I cut 2 stars for each point though.
