Absolutely disgusting, you trash human beings, how can you have the audacity to not be able to deliver packages while youre less than an hour away from us, and on top of that to tell us the next two days that you werent able to deliver them. Hope your baby mama also can't deliver

Why you're the only app that doesn't have live tracking or at least timeframe at the day of the delivery!! Please get on with the times update the app with live tracking!!! It makes no sense to have to wait the whole day for a package that one has absolutely no clue when exactly is it getting delivered!!! Had to litterally take a whole day off cause of an expensive package that i needed to get personally had to wait litterally +8 hours front of the house till finally the delivery man arrived!!

Very bad app I ordered a package and they said they couldn't reach us but then they said that it was still in the area where it was sorted. Then they said they'll send it the next day. We were home the whole two days. We checked if our bell doesn't work but it completely does! Very bad service. But they didn't come on the second day too and then finally we told them to kepp it in the hermes shop so we can collect it from there. So I knew that the Package DIDN'T actually come to our house.Frauds!
