The latest update dropped support for many fairly recent versions of Android. Not everyone buys a new phone every year. Edit:response to dev comment: the app states to update to the latest version to continue using it, but the latest version will not install on Android 11 and older. It is not an account issue, is it an app issue. They blocked old versions from accessing the dashboard, while preventing users from updating.

This app WAS fantastic as I see multiple specialists from Northwell Health due to severe injury with many other issues that have resulted. It was so easy to less stressful to make appts, arrange for tests, view records & results, etc. Now I can't use app at all! I keep getting full screen message that my device is no longer able to use this app!! I NEED ACCESS TO MY NORTHWELL HEALTH INFO - PLEASE HELP ASAP! I'm facing major surgery in July!

Hi Lisa, the minimum OS version that’s supported is Android 11+. We strive to offer the best experience with new features and essential security updates. You can still access the services you need by using our website, www.northwell.edu as it offers the same functionality as the app.

It's a helpful app, but on Samsung Galaxy s24 I'm not able to see or access any buttons along the bottom of the screen. The biggest issue is with the message tab. I am not able to send a message because the "Compose Secure Message" button is not visible on my device.
