The App. was functioning well, but of late, it doesn't work as I expected. I had a problem and I reinstalled it, I registered and to move on to the next step to fill in my particulars the date of birth side shows only 2010. I am pleading to rectify that problem to enable us select the year, month and the day. Thank you.

Hello John, sorry you faced this issue. Kindly restart the app with your mobile phone and app in light mode. Some users faced this same issue when the app was in dark mode. We are working to rectify this issue for the dark mode in future updates.

can't input DOB because the text is white and background is also white. No contrast so you can't see the date. I had to change the theme to light to be able to use it. Also it can't create a profile for me cause it thinks my ID is wrong. this is my second time trying to use this app The first time is about 3 years ago

If you have never created a profile before with the app it could be that the details on your Ghana Card are not yet fully synced with your NHIS records. Can't input my dob, my Ghana card number is said to be invalid though it's correct, etc. You took public money to create an app like this? And the painful thing is that a lot of people have been complaining about the app and nothing has still not been done about it. maybe here will not work, I'll announce it on x for you to know the "great" app you've made for Ghanaians.
