I like the app for the most part. One of the most frustrating things though is that as long as I've had the app (about a year), 85% of the time it won't log me in. So I'm having to use my browser to access my account. Even after updates half the time it won't let me log in. Why keep the app if I can't access anything? I also wish the app would let me see progress on my applications instead of having to use my browser to see it. The app has real potential, it just needs to be tweaked some.

Well. I can't say much about user friendly interface here, but I can say it's better than the web page version. It beats waiting on hold 3+ hours on the phone and much better than driving all the way to the office to guess if they may or may not be open. I've managed to get the upload documents and renewals function to work. The trick is to follow the links in the emails, let it open the app for you and it will work much better.

GA gate way is horrible. Nothing ever works. I just tried to log in, and it tells me I need to change my password. I go through the forgot password and when I finally (through multiple errors) get to where it lets me put in a new password, it won't change it. It just loops on the new password portion. This is on the app and the website. Please for the love of everything holy. Fix this ridiculous site and app so it can actually be used and be helpful.
