It's a very bad experience after updating to version 1.1.2. After succesfull login, I can't open my savings balance. Then, I go back and find out that I can't logout. So, I have to force close the app. There's no significant update anyway. Please fix the app! *App fixed after update to version 1.1.3. Thank you.

Very Bad Apps! Accounts are often blocked and CS can't help, it takes 3 working days to unblock an account and we have to go via the call center which is a waste of time. For companies that manage a lot of funds, the application should be better. This process should be made simpler, it seems like the developer needs an upgrade too. The last update is August 2023 and until now this apps has not had any improvements, it seems like BNI is not serious about providing good service to customers.

Will edit this comment once they have settled these issues. App was working perfectly but they told me they are working on an upgrade (for the better in the future) which resulted in customers can not print their books and save their cash to the bank. We can not also check our incoming transfer (transferred some cash to the account but no trace whatsoever inside the account.) Glad the front-liner helped me check whether the cash is successfully transferred. Hope BNI DPLK settle this soon.
