I just want to watch in on my different device and it keeps showing an error screen showing "too many people are using you account right now" even though I already close off on this device. It's frustrating, being from disney i expected more. Plus the user interface is unpleasant to look at and the app is very hard to use.

When watching a movie, the screen often goes black but the sound and subtitles are still on, indicating that the movie is still playing but the screen is black. The only way to fix it is to restart my phone, which really disrupts my viewing experience. This cannot be resolved by updating.

cannot continue playing movie/series from the point you stopped before. How am i supposed to watch a series if i have to remember which episodes i watched last? latest problem: I am unable to cast disney plus to tv using chromecast. no video displayed only sound. problem was it was OK a week ago. tried everything: reinstall, reboot TV and phone and chromecast and internet and still doesn't work.
