I purchased 6 tickets for an event. Never received email confirmation. I have a screenshot of my receipt, but the order doesn't show up in the app. I also have the credit card charge. Awaiting a response from support. The event is Monday, 3/3 at 6pm. Right now, I have no way of knowing if my party and I should show up at the venue! How embarrassing that would be if we couldn't get in!

I love using LineLeap! When I go out on the weekends, I prefer to have the VIP experience. My time with friends is valuable, so being able to purchase a line skip pass and walk right up to the front on a busy night (or during the winter months) is a game changer!!

The app never sent me an email with my tickets, viewing the pdf tickets just won't load and same with resending the tickets via email. The button to let them know about issues with an order straight up doesn't work. Been waiting for a response from customer support for 6 days. Awful app and service.
