It's a great app so far, with lots of mental health resources, journal space, a mood tracker, blogs, and links to donate too, and it isn't all locked behind a paywall which has been a big problem with other apps I've had like this. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would change is I wish you could document different moods throughout the day instead of just one for the whole day. Other than that I love it

I enjoy this app because it gives me a space to recognize and process my emotions while knowing I am not alone, and if I need help, it's only a call away. I do wish it was more customizable for the Discovery option, so those of us with different mental health issues will see options more relevant. All in all, it's a great app, even if you aren't huge on journaling.

I really like that it offers a lot of articles. And I like the discovery tab. It has a lot of eating disorder content - which most apps like this, do not. So far, the content provided lets you know that your trauma isn't your fault. I like that the mood tracker is more basic, & it doesn't make you overthink the issue.
