Something in your app needs to change. Interphase 1 should at least have the food you offer. So that when a potential client is set to click the order button, they have with them what they need to order. Not what's there, by the time one gets to the list variety, you are already tired of using the app. So you are just pushing yourself to finish.

First and last time ordering with this app. The only part of my order I enjoyed was the food. What I didn't like was the price increase because the rider told me to pay for delivery, even when it was already charged. They also changed my drink order without informing me. In the end, I ended up paying 50% more on my order. I couldn't and cannot access my order details on the app to make this complaint. Such a fishy service. Uber Eats would've been better

2 hours later no communication, no update till I called only to be told 'sorry they can't deliver but I have to wait for the long process of the refund'. They keep saying the issue is being escalated tonthe supervisors but nothing. Worst app ever. Those agents lied too much
