The whole process is stressful. Having to order a dispatch by yourself and ensuring driver picks up and following up with the restaurant is frustrating. Why is there a delivery option on the app where u provide all the location details and still be called by an agent that you have to order a dispatch on your own? The app isn't useful cos I can still call and order and order my own deliver for pickup. I won't recommend this app.

the app is buggy, I tried to make an order and kept getting redirected to the cart every time. this has happened two times so far!! very unreliable

They go the extra mile. I ordered around 9pm, closest branch that was supposed to service my order was closed so they reffered the next nearest branch to service the order and it arrived by 935pm! What efficiency and dedication. They could have cancelled the order but made it happen instead. Food arrived nice and hot too.
