there is no least rating than one star that's why I'm giving 1 rating, I ordered some sets which were delivered on 16th oct in which I requested return for 2 dresses on the same day, it's been more than 15 days I did not receive any update on return pickup I have been contacting customer support, they have tagline for everything, every time you connect they will repeat the same thing rather than resolving your queries.not at all recommended.

Worst shopping experience. I received the wrong product but return was denied. Company is taking no responsibility for it. There is no exchange option too. UI is also not good. It is not user-friendly. I had the worst expereince with the app, with customer support and with Libas itself.

Plus:- 1. Collections are awesome 2. Pricing is really competitive 3. Prompt and Hassle free Return Facility 4. Within 2 days the total Return process was completed and the Refund got credited. 5. App is interactive Minus:- 1. Stocks replenishment need to be quick 2. Huge colour difference between actual dress appearance in comparison to display in app. In total, My daughter was happy with the Diwali Purchase.
