Salam aalaikom, there is an issue with the app which keeps getting back to the previous step when scanning an ID or Passport - it's the issue issue that people are facing on the latest reviews. Please double check your app and do an update to fix the issue. I already tried clearing the cache and restarting my mhone etc...

The worst application, honestly. I have all the appropriate conditions to scan so that I can scan the national card, but the application tells me that the process failed. It would be better if you develop the application better or make it using NFC technology. Unfortunately, the application is corrupt. I give it a one-star rating, and I do not advise anyone to download it because the application does not work at all.

The scan doesn't work at all,I tried it for two weeks, everytime trying to delete the app and reinstall it but nothing changes
