I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unresponsiveness of your customer support team. I have sent numerous emails seeking assistance and have not received a single reply. The process of trying to make contact has been unnecessarily difficult and has left my issue unresolved. Service not activated, no support, and even the agency couldn’t help I subscribed to the INJOY plan on 15/11/2025 and completed the payment, but the plan has never been activated. No request appears in the “My ongoing requests” section, and all support channels are unavailable (the online form is not working, and the 888 number cannot handle INJOY cases). I even went to one of the company’s agencies, but they told me that everything related to the INJOY plan must be done through the website

I switched to the Injoy 59 DH data plan and paid on 27 June 2025. My data was never activated. After four tickets and almost two weeks, support still sends the same canned reply: “Your request is being processed.” Great app, if you enjoy paying for nothing.
