About this app

An Official US Navy mobile service, produced by the Navy’s PMW 240 Program

The U.S. Navy App Locker mobile app and accompanying website are your trusted source for information and download links to mobile apps developed by the U.S. Navy.

Prior to the Navy App Locker, there was no single way to view all mobile applications developed by the U.S. Navy. The Navy App Locker solves this problem, allowing Sailors to view all details and information about Navy apps, while also providing direct download links to commercial app stores. The Navy App Locker interacts seamlessly with Sailors’ personal devices and does not require CAC authentication.

The Navy App Locker is also a great place to find apps that offer training on a variety of topics. Many of these apps allow Sailors to submit Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS) course completion credits to their Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ).

Features of the Navy App Locker:
» Provides users with textual descriptions, screenshots and related links for each app
» Provides direct links to Navy-developed apps in commercial app stores
» Viewable on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops
» Offers a search function to locate applications
» Capable of filtering through Navy apps by category
» Allows users to suggest new Navy apps and provide feedback

The Navy App Locker serves as your one-stop shop for all U.S. Navy mobile applications. Download the app today or visit the website at https://www.applocker.navy.mil!

This okta verifying is garbage and refuses to work for me, weather it's over VPN or not. Not only do you have to first set it up from a government computer, you then have to download a separate app to work in conjunction with the navy app.

I have a samsung phone, this seems like a Very poor design. When I am trying to scroll down which should be a seamless function, I ma not able to, also it's nice to have all the apps in one place, but this app is useless beyond that. why do we have to download all these apps, why can't it just be a 1 app to access all of the programs.

Horrible and doesn't work. Constantly crashes and the links don't work either. Always receiving "item not found". Navy expects you to muster through nfaas whether you're at your desk or not but you have no way to do so when not at your desk.
