The Navy’s Professional Military Knowledge Eligibility Exam (PMK-EE) mobile application is a convenient way for Sailors to prepare for and take the required exam as part of the enlisted advancement process for E4 through E7 paygrades.

The revised content version of PMK-EE consists of 100 questions spread across five sections:
-- Career Information,
-- Leadership & Character,
-- Naval Heritage,
-- Professionalism, and
-- Warfighting & Readiness.

Sailors must achieve a passing score of 80 percent or higher on each section to pass the PMK-EE. Failure to pass a section will require that section to be retaken. Individuals must also achieve an overall passing score of 80 percent or higher on the PMK-EE for the next higher pay grade to be eligible to take the Navy-Wide Advancement Examination (NWAE) for that pay grade.

When a Sailor exits the app before completing a section, the app bookmarks that spot. The next time the app is opened, it returns to the bookmarked location, allowing the Sailor to continue with the exam from that point.

Ratings and reviews

Not sure why so many people have issues with the app. Majority of the issues I've read in these reviews are due to user error. Don't overthink it, just complete the sections required and when you're done click on "completed course" tab, fill in your information and send it off. You can download the PDF right after. Works perfect for me! Received full credit.

Best navy studying app. especially for PMKEE. some errors in Navy E learning to prevent me to pass the PMKEE E7 exam. But this app fixed the error and was able to complete it in short period of time. also if you failed a section, it also tell you which question you got wrong so you can study it and retake the exam again.

Was nearly finished with the entire rank I was doing. App decided to update and I lost all my progress
