excellent app, they need a LOT of work on the verification part. When I repaired my phone, I contacted the customer service more than 3 times to manually verify my documents and selfie after I reached the maximum attempts. even though my phone is a flagship with a good camera also, dark mode is a must

I have been trying to create an account on Benefit Pay for over a month, but the app keeps saying ID card is not detected. Please try to scan on a different background, even after trying many times with proper lighting and clear backgrounds. I also emailed the Benefit Pay customer support team, and they just told me to call a phone number. I called, but they didn’t help me at all and gave no solution. This is very frustrating, especially when I need this app for daily transactions. Please fix

Great app overall and very useful, most of the issues I had have been resolved. Good have things would be for the Benefitpay app icon to be dynamic so it works properly with android. Another bonus feature to have would be dark mode. Aside from this, I would say all critical issues have been resolved.
