Pros: My kids (8&4) love it (especially pushing the buttons for sounds. It is a great break from the norm. Great customer service Cons: same tune in the background of every story and mostly the same sound effects. Some app issues Customer service experience: I had to delete and re-download the app due to log-in issues and lost some stories. I emailed customer service, and they rapidly sent me new codes to download.

NOTICE: Password resets take about 10 minutes until the new password starts working! PLEASE, at the end of a story on "The End" screen, implement a button that's "Start from the beginning" or "Replay". I don't like going out and coming back in or using 13 button clicks to get back to the beginning when my kid wants me to read the story again. Some sounds are too quiet. Some are too loud. Wish there were other background songs that were soothing for storytelling.

Recently bought two combo packs and was able to use the app for 24 hours before not being able to sign in anymore. Contact customer service which resulted in them saying they are having issues with the app on Android and will contact me when they have it figured out. That was 3 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I currently have an unusable product. Edit: customer service did come through and fix their issue and we are able to use the product we purchased.
