I played a few games for a long time earned a lot of points, I just went to redeem them and my account has been deactivated! I cannot get back in or recover it. tried contacting them but you have to log in and it will not let me because they deactivated my account. Use at your own risk, I wasted many hours to make them money and got nothing in return.

Everything was going well until I got close to $50 in credit, then I started getting kicked out of surveys left and right (over 50+ in a row!). Tried to redeem my credit, and the only thing it did was change my balance. No emails, no notifications, nothing. Tried to complain to customer support, and it was a no go there too. All that work was for nothing.

Earned enough for a $10 Starbucks gift card. It's been showing as pending for months now. I have a balance of $10.01 currently. The app won't allow me to redeem it, or earn any more because it says I've violated some unspecified rule and my account is blocked. I suspect this is just a way of avoiding paying out what I've earned. Uninstalling.
