Can't Live without this app! having just switched from iPhone back to a pixel, I was wondering how I was going to replace airdrop. I found blip just going through apps. changed my life! works better than I could have ever dreamed. I use a Windows, laptop and seamlessly sharing between my own devices and with my family on a premium display is amazing! literally couldn't be better

Perfect AirDrop alternative because I am never getting an iPhone. Get the phone app, login with an email address. Get the MacOS app online (not in the App Store), login with the same email to make it one of your devices. Pick the folder you want to save to and it just works. No need to be on the same WiFi network because it uses email protocols somehow I think. It works with documents, images and videos. Other apps like LocalSend work fine with images but seems to fail completely with PDFs

Fast and fairly easy to use, but It took over 24 hrs for the photo I sent to my phone from my Mac to appear in my phone's Downloads. Also, I am currently sending a 4 GB video from my phone to my Mac and 1) the progress bar maxed out after only 5% complete, and 2) the progress notification overlays everything else. It sits on top of everything! Not good when the file takes several minutes to send.

Thank you for the review! We have fixed this issue and the files now appear instantly in your Downloads and Media Library. On the Mac, you can also minimize the transfer window into the dock :)
