DivTech app integrates with Diversified Ticketing Software. The app gives "authenticated" technicians access to work order details, scope of work document and tickets. You can upload photos to a ticket from your photo library as well as update the status of assigned tasks. You can view the list of parts and tools required and access Knowledgebase articles relevant to the service visit. In order to access these features, you must be working with a company that utilizes Diversified Ticketing Software.

For "non-authenticated" users, the app provides the functionality to scan one or more barcodes and copy them to an email or another application on the mobile device. The following barcode types are currently supported:

- QR_CODE
- DATA_MATRIX
- UPC_E
- UPC_A
- EAN_8
- EAN_13
- CODE_128
- CODE_39
- ITF

Uploading Photos is much faster than taking the photos using the app which is great. It is also great that the app allows for renaming the files but PLEASE keep the default file name instead of renaming the file to a file number based on the number of files uploaded.

Just attempting to log in to this app I tried several password then when attempting to recover password, I clicked on the email reset link to find I have been locked out and I need to call to unlock. No number, no website! When I try to go to the listed website, it doesn't work. *After 3rd wrong password, suggest resetting password. * list a number to call oe email. *Fix you About page to make the site name a link then fix the site.

App can't never get the primary ticket and service code. I always have to call help to get things sorted out. I spend at least 30 mins getting things sorted out. App is a bunch of waste of time.
