Everytime when I open the app, I have to enter my password, set up a pin and I do not get messages from the office. Instead when they see that I don't respond to their messages, someone from the office has to text me from their cell phone. They shouldn't have to do. My push notifications are on, DND is not on and within 3 weeks I have had to update the app twice! It does get very frustrating and annoying to have to deal with so many issues.

This app is a mess, it keeps logging me out when I have to go look at another app. When I come back it makes me log in and make a new PIN. It won't let you save your notes unless all the boxes are filled. I've lost my notes at least 4 times when I needed to look at another app, only to come back and find the notes I was working on are all gone.

I used this app for a long time with no problems, but since I got a new phone the app has been problematic. I have to set , reset and enter my pin sometimes 10 times in a row just to open it. Sometimes the choice to clock in or update activities is not even available?! I can't read my messages from the office because when I click on messages, it won't open them. Instead it asks me if I want to exit the app. I am having trouble meeting the requirements of my job because of this app
