this app used to work really well back in 2019/20 but in the last year or so logging in has become increasingly difficult because of "technical issues". they also changed the user interface many times and often it becomes a bit confusing. either way, the app itself is very handy to keep information like doctors appointments, notes and other things. but you can't set up appointments bc that feature never works and logging in sucks.

Overall, a very good app that lets you do a lot of things, from messaging your provider to viewing test results to being able to share medical records with loved ones. BUT, there is one small issue: PLEASE get rid of the word "DRAFT SAVED" in the inbox where you message your providers. It covers up part of what I'm writing and is really annoying. Aside from that, this app is quite user friendly for the average lay person and simple to use..

Lots of problems with this app (and website). It crashes, there's no way to change your location to see a doctor at another offiice or hospital, some tools don't work, and there isn't a tech support option. Another thing that I found pretty frustrating and, while not really the fault of the developers, reflects poorly on Northwestern. Many of the scheduling pathways lead to a screen that gives you a number to call. I'm trying to schedule through the app because I don't have time to call
