Android phone. I have been getting notifications that vettix app keeps crashing in the background and asks me to put it to sleep. VetTix is an amazing organization!! Update the notification says "VetTix is crashing frequently, put it in deep sleep to keep your phone running smoothly."

Foremost... I Love the Vettix organization. We've enjoyed many events thanks to them. That said, we're being forced to use the app, and the app performance is abysmal. I continually receive an error message regarding username password combination. However, I'm logged into the website (via Chrome) satisfactorily using the same credentials. I even changed my PW thinking it may be a sync issue. No avail. Please get it together Vettix before fully deploying the mandated use of the app.

VETTIX is great but I feel like the app could be more user friendly. My issue is with the trickle and lottery events. To my understanding, the trickle was supposed to give a fair chance but IMO I think it's harder to win tickets, and if you don't win it would be nice to be alerted or notified when more tickets are available. I hate to check back later to find out there were more tickets maybe a follow option as they no longer show in requested tickets.
