What a huge upgrade!!! no need to wait for snail mail (that never came) for the cash advance PIN as a requirement before. I like how simple the UI is and also with great improvements on security because of the biometrics. Also, I can now pay bills in the app which is more convenient. Just one feedback: when paying bills, the balance indicated is the amount due and not the remaining credit limit which might cause confusion. But there are no issues as to the function.

This app is a fresh upgrade that's long overdue. It gives me access to all of my accounts locally and internationally. Hope you can add more features like instapay, card activation, card lock/unlock, virtual card for online safety, cheque deposit, balance conversion to installment, better rates for foreign currency exchange and time deposit.

I feel dumb, lol, I see the info about my card now. All's good. This app works just fine. lol.I wish the app would show my pending transactions and my available credit limit just like the old app. There also seems to be no option to lock the card either which sucks. I hate to say this but I like the old one better only because I can see more information about my card. Now if I need to know my pending transactions, I have to go on my computer and access the HSBC website through a web browser.
