Local transfer stopped working for about a month already. Can't type in amount to transfer. I've tried everything suggested - restart device, clearing cache and reinstalling the app. It still doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it's a bug, and I'm super surprised that a banking company can leave such a bug online for such a long time!

The app sucks. Whenever the scam alert comes on, I can't close the alert and it impedes me from carrying out my online transaction. I often get the app shutting down in the midst of a transaction as well, I have never come across a banking app that is so substandard. Another issue is the pages on the app cannot load, I often got to start the logging in process all over again. The entire team of tech guys behind the OCBC app should look for another job.

I just received my new card since it was expired and I changed my address. I filled up the form to retrieve my access code. When I submitted it, it told me that they were unable to send me push notifications now and wanted me to proceed with offline authorisation. It wants me to activate OneToken but I don't even have the access code to log in. Lousy app, captcha rubbed salt in my wound, and I just wasted an hour of trying to log in and resetting the access code!
