When I open the app it is showing commonly how much data balance left but I have day and night pack it's not showing separately. In the app it is showing restricted when I click it directly go to the recharge page and even when I click any options like local and international minutes option or data balance a directly take me to the recharge page. Even I am not able to check when my back going to expire. Then what is the purpose of this app.

All ooredo service is good, but they failed in developing a useful app for the customers. Since a year, the application has not been working for me properly, and it won't allow me to log in. only once in a bluemoon. I am able to access the services. The customer care team knows 2 default answers reinstall the app and update the OS i did both and still the staus same.

Very bad performance. Atleast 3 to 4 times have to reopen to appear login fingerprint prompt. I dont know why this app taking too long to tell whats wrong with the startup.stuck with stinky ugly loading panel. Useless app. Better to use website.
