Terrible service. Lock doesn't work after changing out batteries. Took over an hour for support to help with getting access to lock again.

Amazing! I would be totally in the blind without the assistance of thos app. I'm a "boomber" and at times, technology may be challenging. I enjoy my smart home much more with the personalized assistance given.

It was a great app until the recent update. Now my doorbell does not let me view screenshots of people and closes out back to the home screen. Yes I have tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstall and reinstall still buggy.
