Just an absolute terrible app. the location services dont work half the time, the support is non existent, and even the verification process is hit and miss, I've uploaded my ID multiple times for this app to tell me I needed to redo it again. Then you get on the phone with some indian call center who cant explain why the app isn't working. horrible experience.

I really dislike how they are not upfront with their pricing or process, then list benefits that benefit them more than the consumer I saw ONE home that I was interested in touring. It was only after I signed up, verified my license, and took a selfie, that I was informed that I had to provide my income and ssn and allow a soft credit pull and answer more questions. I got through all of that just to be told I have to pay 11.99 to tour unlimited for 30 days, with no other options to proceed.

I liked it more when you had options for service, like 5.99 for 10 views or 9.99 for 60 days. if you're traveling from out of town, you might not be able to use 60 days, & the 10 visit was a lot better. Also, Rently should be able to unlock the account & not the property management when you have to wait 3-5 days to be unlocked. It's ridiculous, & it's a waste of money for people who are doing out of town visit, because you may be relocating. That's definitely something, Rently should change.
