The app prompts me to add my passport to the app, but I'm unable to complete the flow to add my passport. I get past the stage of adding a photo, and then it gets to the next step of scanning the chip in my passport with my phone. Every time no matter what I do, the chip scan errors out with "try again" and tells me not to move my phone or passport during the scan. I'm not moving my phone or passport. I've tried different positions and with my phone case off, and it never works successfully.

Terrible app. Uploaded my vaccine information, and 2 weeks later it was gone. Was told they are having "issues," and to re-upload it. However, you can't re-upload it when traveling, and you uploaded this information to the app so wouldn't have to bring a card with you. Defeats the purpose. Now cannot enter the venue. Very unreliable. Do not recommend. Support was lackluster at best. Makes me rethink keeping my CLEAR membership. 1/5

Difficult to navigate, does not work well, and the scan your vaccination card option does not work. And under FAQ it suggests that you can very easily cancel your membership by going into your account and clicking "cancel" but that is not an option I see in my account. Maybe because I signed up for the free option? I only downloaded the app to attend a game. Instead, I will just arrive early and go through the in-person screening. 2 stars instead of 0 because the customer service was lovely.
