The Saudi Visa Bio app is the simplest way for visitors to Saudi Arabia to securely submit their biometric data as part of their visa application process.

Once you have applied for a visa to enter Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Visa Bio app will help you submit your fingerprints and facial image. Using this app you can complete your biometric enrollment process anytime, anywhere — no need to visit or queue at a Visa Service Center, all you need is your smartphone and passport.

With the Saudi Visa Bio app you can easily:
- Submit your personal information, such as passport details and visa application number
- Submit your biometric information i.e., facial image and fingerprints
- Complete your biometric enrollment process in real-time in under 10 minutes

To complete the biometric enrollment process the Saudi Visa Bio app will need to collect:
- A valid email address
- A photo capture of your passport and the passport details
- A photo capture of your face
- A photo capture of your fingers

Your privacy is important to us; the data collected will only be used to verify your identity in order to complete your visa application process. All collected data will be automatically deleted from the app once the biometric enrollment has been completed.

The Saudi Biometric Enrollment app is currently available for the following visas:
- Umrah

Please note that you have to be aged 6+ to use the Saudi Biometric Enrollment app. Users under 18 years of age can only use the app under adult supervision.

Not working propperly. Tried many times to enroll but failed. Now the server is totally down from yesterday. Very bad experience with this app. It's very important app, millions of people tried to enrole but I think the capacity of the server is limited so it’s crushed again and again that causes inconvenience to the visa applications. The Authority should take proper action in otder to solve the problem immediately.

It took almost an hour to scan my fingers, with many attempts to scan my fingers when suddenly the apps crashed, telling me to contact saudi embassy thingy? Trying to finish in a single session, but the camera won't captured or lagged or idk for whatever reason the session got cancelled. Then, it seems like it's impossible to redo the thing since I got out before I could finish the finger scan. Then, I tried again and again for about half a day already, still cannot scan the fingerprints thingy.

This is hands down one of the worst apps I’ve ever encountered. It’s beyond frustrating that Play Store allows such low-quality apps to exist. The developers of the Saudi Visa Bio app clearly have no clue what they’re doing, both technically and mentally. Every step—whether it’s email verification, passport scanning, image capture, or fingerprint recognition—is a complete disaster. Every step feels like hitting a brick wall. This app should be removed from the store until it’s actually usable.
