I have been hosting for a while now, finally won 2 dinos, and still have not received them! It's been months with no luck. messaging bigo family services, feedback and sending emails, and NOTHING is handled. Why keep pushing recharge/watch time..etc if we don't get the prizes owed. Ready to move on to another platform.

great app, the only issue I experienced was my account being suspended for 24 hours because the picture I uploaded wasn't "clear enough" and I don't think that's an enough reason to suspend an account. we should also be able to upload photos and videos on our profiles. but even with all that the app is great while the best thing about the app is how easy it is to use.

WARNING Do not use this APP because once you make a purchase on the app the take multiple unsolicited payments from your account you don't even have to clear the payments not sure how they do it but they do and you never even get the stuff that you apparently buy but then you were never even online to make that payment I had to cancel all my bank cards because they too money from two different accounts. this app is one huge scam
