We absolutely love the Shipmate app. It is awesome to have a listing of every past cruise that you've been on as well as every cruise that you have booked. It is especially useful to know and be able to check the specific dates that we will be traveling which enables us to book side-to-side cruises on different cruise lines.

I love this app. It is missing one feature I am desperate for - Mapping. This app knows every port for each cruise, & since I'm very visual, I want to be able to see all of my cruises on a map representation, with a statistical tab (miles traveled, days, carbon footprint, cruise line percentages, most visited port rankings, etc), and filterable (month, year, cruise line, region, etc). It would be nice to include live cruise tracking as well. This would easily make this the best cruise ship app.

Cruises that I've canceled disappear from my account, but my shipmate friends still see them. Creates havoc when trying to coordinate cruises because I have so many overlapping. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and they still see duplicate cruises. If this issue could be fixed, could rate higher. Hope designer's will reach out to assist.

Update.... Randomly tried it several weeks later, and it is now working again! Back to a great app. Old-It was great for about a year and then a couple of weeks ago, it closes on me when I try to open it. I've done their troubleshooting many times, and nothing has worked. It's been 5 days since I've heard from customer service. Prior to this, it was a great app. Disappointed!!!
