Ratings and reviews

The app and website constantly stutter and I never know if what I'm clicking is actually going to work. This is not a problem with cell service as every other app works normally. The designers also don't understand basic UI principles with date selection, auto fill, and loading a page. I sincerely hope that the technical infrastructure behind the baggage systems are much better than this.

The app works pretty decently but there's no option to save your personal information for future use which makes concurrent ticket purchases a bit tedious. Unrelated to the app, their baggage fees if your bag is over weight can cost more than the price of your ticket. At the time I'm writing this the allowed combined weight is 10kg for any ticket except their most expensive option. The thing that made me angry was that I was stopped as I was about to board the plane and forced to pay.

One of the worst travel apps. Cannot see passwords being set up so if you misspell there's no way to easily rectify. Entry of Date of Birth does not allow for easy input of birth year - instead you need to SCROLL back in time that may take 5-15 min based on your age. This app has all the hallmarks of an unsafe poorly designed app (tested on Galaxy A27)
