So many bugs, terrible UX, did you even test this? Can't always start the app, and when i do, it never updates, depart time is always wrong. Crashes. It worked just fine before, why change it before you get all the bugs out? It's unusable in its current state. Can't even check-in unless i log out and log inn again because the app never updates. Even after the latest version. And when you finally can check in, the 'You're now checked in! nice!' screen has to be tapped to be removed... Also swiping left/right to view other passengers or trips is terrible, it wants to scroll both way equally much aso i have to try many times before it catches on that i want to scroll sideways.
Karen pugh I had this app installed on my two phones, it was working brilliant but now all i am getting is 'updating or a blank page !!!' Please fix this

I was trying to change the currency and it does not work
Missed flight due to misleading info in app Norwegian mobile app is misleading. It shows when your flight departs, not the time boarding is closed, which for norwegian apparently is anywhere from 20 to 30min before. Arrived 10min before departure as stated on mobile app and the plane had left already! Nowhere in the app is said that you should be there 30min in advanced as claimed by the staff i queried on another flight.
Sack your android programmer! On Iphone everything is fine but on android everything is wrong. Cant Add existing booking, just get errors, cant etterregistrere points, email never arrives......
