Check in functionality does not always work. I get a notification saying i can check in, but when i press it i go to the ticket screen and there is no button to check in with.
Useless. QR CODE IS WAY TOO SMALL! QR code is way too small. Ran into problems at both the security check and during boarding. Even with adjusting brightness to max. Also, I know that you want your customers to buy seat reservation beforehand. BUT, to not let me choose the seat one hour before in the app when I can easily do that in the check in machine at the airport makes no sense.
Add reservation does not work Unable to add reservation in latest version. Search function just does nothing, no feedback whatsoever as to what went wrong. If I already have a booking in my profile, then check-in does not work. If this is an attempt by NAS to differentiate their product by not allowing online check-in for low fare tickets, they have lost me on business travel.
works again Will show your ticket and reservation but seldom updates flightinfo, gate or delays.
QR code is far too small. Does not have option to chose seat when checking in! Doubt I'll use it again - it's not useful enough. I don't want to use a second app just to get the QR code readable!!
