Opay is a very good banking app. But inability to get support from their customer care service is discouraging hence 1 star rating. I had a little issue in my account last two months but all efforts I made to get assistance from the customer care proved abortive. I sent mail, no reply, I tried live chat, no response, Tried to contact through all social media handles, no responding. Tried to call through phone call, number is not connecting. Hence i stoped using the app.

Opay is turning into something else..... Someone claimed to have sent me money and as such my account was restricted from all transactions....Unfortunately no amount was deposited into my account but till this time they are waiting for me to give my approval so that such amount can be reversed to the person's account. No customer care number no nothing. And even after complain, one has to wait for about 24hours for his complain to get reviewed.

I love using OPAY business since I have been using it I enjoy the service but the only challenges is that am not using it for business and anytime I sent money into account they will still charge me after paying for charges.
