my brain is healing. it's only been 3 days and I seriously already sleep better and feel less anxious. I got 8 hours of sleep last night instead of 5 that I've been getting for months. I woke up slowly without getting barraged with input/content. I bought lifetime after one night. 100% worth it to have a schedule set so I don't have to turn a session on and I can't change it (until it's not in the middle of a session).

this has been the best tool for making sure I am not distracted by games, podcasts or social media! my house is cleaner, I've been more productive in my job... Other apps allow you to cancel block sessions, which defeats the purpose. I have used a physical lock box, but sometimes I need to use my phone for work. Plus, having the ability to block apps and websites on all my devices doesn't work with a lockbox. this app is worth paying for

Combined with their desktop app, as a whole package this app is AMAZING. It takes away just enough control to keep me from wasting time doom scrolling or buying stuff I don't need, but when I do get back on task I can take control back. I've been using this app off and on for years now, and it's never failed me. I've never had a session not work, nor have I had a website inexplicably not be blocked by their filters. I love this app so much and dearly hope that it continues for many years to come
