Ratings and reviews

The biggest problem was that the app didn't mention up front that photos of interior were required. I'm using this app for my insurance company and the house is a rental, so I drove out thinking all I needed were exterior shots. Now (maybe?) I'll need to do it all over again because I'll need to arrange access with the tenant. Also, the app caused my phone to overheat during the video. Granted, it's a hot day and I have an older phone, but I guess that's why the video collection is optional.

Wow... I tested it on my home. I have trees blocking some areas but it still got the massing and windows correct. The dog condo was correct but everything else was. Complete list of windows and sizes, sf of exterior and more. I suspect it's free because of the brands you choose to make the rendering. Now I need to see if I can export it.

This app just doesn't work. My insurance company made me use this and when the camera pops up there are no buttons to record or take pictures. After it somehow took a picture and uploaded it, I was told the upload failed and now I can't even try to upload anything. Why can't I just upload photos taken by my regular phone camera? What a bizarre design. EDIT: After contacting support, we were able to get the issue resolved, so that was nice! They were very friendly and helpful.
