Poor customer service, I have encountered issues regarding the app but didn't receive any response nor reply.

I installed the app. registered an accpunt, then opening the app is annoying. everytime i tap for an option to check and send money. window is loading for 2mins before you can go for that phase you selected. it continues loading everytime. so, i deleted this app and look for another that is fast to load.
